Looking to take on a role where you can manage meaningful healthcare programmes and work with stakeholders across different functions
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Programme & Funding Management to join an established healthcare organisation. You will play a key role in managing funding programmes, coordinating project evaluations and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful programme outcomes.
Manage the end-to-end administration and implementation of funding programmes, from application and evaluation through to project completion
Review funding applications, project proposals and supporting documentation
Coordinate the assessment and evaluation process, including working with relevant stakeholders and reviewers
Monitor funded projects, key milestones, deliverables and funding utilisation
Engage project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation
Support programme governance, compliance and proper utilisation of approved funding
Prepare management reports, presentations, programme updates and relevant data analysis
Coordinate meetings, presentations and programme-related activities
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and strengthen programme operations
Support other strategic projects and initiatives where required
Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Public Health or a related discipline
Relevant experience in programme management, grants/funding management, project management, healthcare administration or similar functions
Prior experience within healthcare, public sector, research, innovation or grant-related environments will be advantageous
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Take ownership of end-to-end programmes and funded projects
Gain broad exposure to initiatives across the healthcare ecosystem
Work with diverse professional and senior stakeholders
Develop your experience across programme management, funding governance and project evaluation
