TOA Paint (Thailand) PCL is seeking potential candidates for the Position: Assistant Manager, Risk Management to join us.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, compile, and prepare quarterly risk reports for both domestic and overseas operations, including coordination with all relevant functions
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures to ensure alignment with established plans
- Support the development, review, and update of BCP plans across all Business Units, including coordination with international teams
- Collect and consolidate ESG-related data linked to the organisation's risk management framework
- Prepare and analyze data for senior management presentations and decision-making
- Coordinate and follow up on cross-functional risk management activities to ensure smooth, timely processes, along with other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Training or certification in BCP, ISO 22301, ERM, or ESG is an advantage
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Risk Management, BCP, Audit, Compliance, ESG, or Consulting
- Experience in project-based work or project management
- Knowledge of BCP, Risk Assessment, and Incident Reporting
- Familiarity with COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and ESG frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and prepare management reports
- Ability to coordinate across multiple countries and follow through on key tasks
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and AI tools
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and strong analytical mindset
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
