Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Surveys: Conduct thorough assessments of the condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles maintenance and M&E systems in Changi Airport
  • Contractor Management: Oversee contractors, ensuring prompt rectification of defects to minimize operational delays and downtime.
  • Specification Preparation: Prepare specifications to secure competitive quotes for necessary work.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
  • Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and productivity of facilities management.

Digital Competencies:

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage digital technologies and automation to transform maintenance and facilities operations.
  • Ability to identify operational challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions that improve safety, productivity, service quality, and lifecycle asset performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and facilities management.
  • Good stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
