Assistant Manager/ Senior Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Thailand market through distributor partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service to distributors and customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company objectives and reporting standards.

Your Profile:

• Strong technical background in tool holding, cutting tools, or machine tools.
• Proven sales experience in the related industry.
• Independent, customer-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• 5–10 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willing to travel frequently within Thailand.
