About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Service Planning to drive service planning, contract management, and operational readiness for new product launches. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and external service partners to ensure seamless service operations while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain service-related contracts and operational documents, including Installation Documents, Handover Forms (HOF), and Completion of Forms (COF).
  • Conduct operational and contractual reviews before launching new products to ensure service readiness.
  • Develop service policies and operational guidelines for product installation and After-Sales (AS) services.
  • Establish and manage customer service billing standards, including:
  • Visit (Call-out) Fees
  • Dismantling/De-installation Fees
  • Return Service Fees (within 7 days)
  • Relocation, Re-installation, and Position Change Fees
  • Manage contracts and relationships with Authorized Customer Installation (ACI) partners while supporting the expansion of the external service network.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Technical Management (CTM) team and Training team on ACI sourcing, installation processes, and contract updates to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Plan and facilitate monthly online meetings with the CTM team.
  • Act as the central coordinator between the Customer Experience Management (CEM) team, Product Quality (PQ) team, and other related functions to drive effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Contract Management, Vendor Management, Service Operations, or Project Coordination is highly preferred.
  • Strong documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
