Key Responsibilities
1.Demand Planning & Inventory Management
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in developing and maintaining monthly/quarterly product demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels across all online (e-commerce platforms) and offline (retail stores) channels. Proactively initiate replenishment proposals to optimize inventory structure, ensuring high order fulfillment rates while controlling inventory costs.
- Analyze product turnover rates (fast-moving vs. slow-moving items) and provide data support for clearance sales and stock transfers.
2.Warehouse Operations Coordination & Supervision
- Support daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes, with special attention to the timely fulfillment of e-commerce orders.
- Assist in maintaining Warehouse Management System (WMS) data accuracy. Participate in and supervise regular cycle counts/annual physical inventories, analyze root causes of discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.
- Act as a liaison between the supply chain team and the warehouse/third-party logistics (3PL) providers to coordinate and resolve daily operational issues.
3.Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain and analyze key supply chain data (sales, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, stock-out rates, etc.) and generate regular visual management reports.
- Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights for management decisions.
4.Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to integrate information on new product launches and promotional plans into supply chain planning.
- Identify bottlenecks in supply chain and warehouse processes and assist in driving continuous improvement projects to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1.Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory analysis, or warehouse coordination.Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or retail industries.
- Familiar with the supply chain operations of Thai e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) and offline retail channels.
- Fluent in Thai (native) with good English communication skills(able to handle reports and emails in English).
2.Core Competencies
- Proficient in data analysis tools.Must be highly skilled in using Excel (e.g., PivotTables, functions) and have hands-on experience with ERP (e.g., SAP, Odoo) and WMS systems.Familiarity with tools like Power BI or SQL is a plus.
- Solid foundational knowledge of supply chain principles, understanding demand forecasting, safety stock, and replenishment logic.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels and external partners.
3.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cosmetics/skincare industry, understanding product lifecycles, seasonality, and promotional sensitivity.
- Practical experience working with local Thai warehouse and logistics service providers.
- Demonstrated success in project management or process optimization initiatives.
