Assistant Manager - Litigation
Job Description:
- Responsible for and in charge of court proceedings (Civil, Criminal, Bankruptcy, Labor, and Juvenile Court)
- Compiling legal information and documentation needed for legal cases and hearings
- Preparing and drafting court documents
- Researching and analyzing the law on points raised in cases
- Filing documents with courts and other authorities
- Liaising between lawyers, courts, and other authorities
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing papers, and maintaining and organizing reference files
- Supervising and training junior and senior lawyers in the team
Qualifications:
- Have full working rights in Thailand
- Bachelor of Law or higher
- Possess lawyer license
- 4 - 7 years experience
- Self-confident, energetic, mature, and having a good personality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and complete assignments within the deadline
- Dedicated to providing superior quality client services and commitment to teamwork
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- Good command of computer literacy especially in MS Office and the internet
Legal Manager - Litigation
Job Description:
- Responsible for overall proceedings of the litigated cases and dispute resolutions
- Compiling legal information and documentation needed for legal cases and hearings
- Draft and review legal documents, application, contract and MOU etc.
- Good performance on conducting team of case proceeding
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing papers, and maintaining and organizing reference files
- Attend the meetings and manage the correspondences with clients and external persons
- Supervising and training junior and senior lawyer in the team
- Manage team resources and economic aspect of the assignment
Qualifications:
- Have full working rights in Thailand
- Bachelor of law or higher
- Possesses Thai Lawyer License
- At least 8 years experiences in litigation area with legal consulting firm
- Possesses business acumen, leadership ability and knowledge of key legal and economic trends
- Service-minded and able to work independently;
- Ability to multi-task; strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong time management and project/case management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Thai communication skills and good command of English
- Able to work under the pressure
- Good command of computer literacy especially in MS Office and the internet
