Job Description
- Supervision and monitor team Daily perform concurrent review of patient's clinical information from hospital network to ensure appropriateness of care are in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
- Gather and develop statistical and narrative information to report on utilization, non-certified days (including identified causes and appeal information), discharges and quality of services and cost savings report.
- Reviewing identify errors or missed diagnoses and overutilization issues receive from team and able to develop appropriate action plan to prevent repetitive error.
- Monitoring customer and provider network behavior and escalate to stakeholder.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- At least 5 years on Nurse ward/ICU in hospital
- 2 years of working experience in Life or non-Life Insurance and Health Claims is required
- Previous training and demonstrated competence in negotiation, quality assurance, case management outcome
- Capable to communicate in both writing and speaking English
- Negotiate and handle issues with external and internal parties
- Problem solving & Decision Making
- Motivate people to work under limitation and pressure
- Organize and balance workload
