Assistant Marketing manager will be responsible for the creating on strategic planning, execution of the 360 marketing plans. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, P&L tracking, media, pricing, and promotional strategies relating to the brands. The person will act as the brand guardian and make business recommendations relevant to the overall growth of the brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Assist in the development and executions of brand and marketing strategy include Product Launch plan.
- Plan media, pricing, promotional and sampling strategy.
- Create 360 launch plans.
- Create marketing strategy of Digital Marketing and align with Corporate team.
- Manage on influencer strategy.
- Implement with CRM project, create customer journey and analysis for marketing strategy.
- Work in close with Brand manager for Product analysis by category, by segment.
- Perform competitive analysis, manage on competitor, and market analysis.
- Constantly analyse risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate on Ecommerce strategy with Corporate team.
- Plan trade strategy by channel with Sales and deal with the Retailer, Co-Partner Department store.
Brand and Marketing Communication
- Planning, monitoring and execution of Brand communication, Digital Marketing communication and Event for the brand.
- Collaborate on media plan process (Brand Manager to review and approve) and manage media agency briefing with Corporate team.
- Create and communication to team for Content Marketing.
- Manage on ROI.
Marketing Operation
- Manage all forecasting (saleable and non-saleable items): enter forecast in system for initiatives based on benchmark, and retailer feedback. Update forecast as needed.
- Work with Demand Planning and Sales Operations teams to ensure accuracy in forecasts and calendarization of saleable and promotional items in order to achieve profit targets.
- Keep SKU assortment lists by retailer or channel updated and communicate with cross-functional teams accordingly.
- Provide SKU logistics information to cross-functional teams as requested.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- VM Management (Product Launch, Seasonal Launch, Align counter design from BM and GM, etc.)
- Budget management as plan.
- Manage on Product master Promotion (Nationwide, by Channel, Trade, EC) and Product Master (Line sheet – register for internal).
- Create value set / GWP.
- Report all report related to marketing e.g., SKU report, sell out analyse, activities achievement report.
- Be the touchpoint for RA on FDA Verify (Co with Training manager).
People management
- Relationship building with all related stakeholder, e.g., SAPAC / Regional, Business Partner, Agency, Third party, Online/Offline Retailer, KOLs.
- Consolidate and align to team, cross team.
- Coaching, monitoring Marketing team, subordinate team to develop team member.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Experiences at least 5 years Marketing in Beauty industry.
- Energetic, good leadership skill, self-motivated, result oriented and creative thinker.
- Good analytic skill and understand the digital marketing and trends.
- Good computer skills and using software related.
- Good command of both speaking and written English.
