Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive store traffic, increase brand awareness, and grow sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to various campaigns and channels.
- Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, in-store promotions, and events.
- Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs such as sales growth, customer retention, and acquisition.
- Ensure all campaigns are consistent with the brand's voice and messaging.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Work with digital marketing agencies or internal teams to drive online traffic and enhance e-commerce performance.
- Track and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI).
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
- Work with creative teams or external agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, and online content.
- Organize and manage brand activations, in-store events, and sponsorships to build brand equity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the EV car business is a plus.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
