Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee all branding and communication initiatives across various channels and platforms to enhance brand equity.
2. Strategize and execute paid media campaigns, including ATL, BTL, digital ads, print, OOH, radio, and TV, to achieve business objectives.
3. Supervise and maintain the showroom and service centre to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and customer experience enhancement.
4. Develop and implement an effective CRM programme to foster customer relationships.
5. Support aftersales marketing initiatives to align with overall business goals via strategic marketing and media plans.
6. Conceptualize and execute events and physical engagements within approved budget to meet business objectives.
7. Collaborate with PR agencies to manage media relations and increase local brand visibility.
8. Cultivate and develop assigned partnerships to enhance brand reach.
9. Manage monthly budget reports, expenses, and accruals effectively.
10. Oversee marketing communications through channels such as social media, EDM marketing, and direct consumer collaterals, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
11. Lead a team of 2 in planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting on various marketing activities, including competitor analysis and campaign management.
12. General management of Salesforce (prior experience preferred but not required).

Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
3. Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and projects.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
6. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
7. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
