Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership, Campaign & Revenue Development
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partners across key categories (Travel, F&B, Health & Wellness, and Lifestyles), to offer member benefits on loyalty program.
- Develop partnership proposals covering privilege exchange, commercial models, barter deals, sponsorship, and affiliate/revenue models to drive redemption rate, CARAT burn, member experience and engagement in loyalty ecosystem, and revenue generation.
- Initiate and execute yearly, thematic, and seasonal campaigns, continuously optimizing mechanics to improve acquisition, redemption, and overall performance.
2. Privilege & Reward Management
- Oversee end-to-end management of privileges and rewards, ensuring quality, readiness, and strong member satisfaction across all membership tiers.
- Manage key privilege assets (e.g., lounge, limousine) and ensure optimal utilization.
- Source and manage partners/suppliers to achieve appropriate cost, quality, and member value.
3. Loyalty Backend & Reward Setup (POWER PASS Platform)
- Set up and manage rewards within POWER PASS admin portal, ensuring accuracy of mechanics, CARAT cost, coupon inventory, and redemption flows.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure rewards are correctly configured, tested, and ready prior to campaign launch.
- Monitor backend performance and resolve issues related to reward setup, availability, and user experience.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Campaign Execution
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across POWER PASS website and on-ground activations, ensuring timeline alignment and launch readiness.
- Work closely with marketing activation team to support seasonal campaigns, including reward sourcing, system setup, and partner coordination for booths/activations.
- Develop clear MARCOM briefs for reward campaigns, ensuring offers are positioned to drive a successful conversion.
- Work with promotion team regarding privilege offers to partners.
- Review and validate creatives/artwork to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and readiness for launch.
5. Customer Journey & Experience Design
- Design customer journeys for both rewards redemption and member acquisition, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with MARCOM team, Marketing Automation team, and relevant teams to align communication flow.
6. Budget Management
- Manage and control owned campaign budget, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Drive CARAT utilization across internal and external partners, optimizing burn rate and redemption experience.
7. Documentation & Paperwork Handling
- Manage documentation including internal memos, MOUs, NDAs, and campaign confirmation letters in collaboration with legal teams.
- Ensure operational accuracy and compliance across all executions.
8. Privileges and Rewards Report Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement, redemption, while recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnership, loyalty programs, marketing, or related areas.
- Experience in loyalty programs or point-based systems (e.g., CARAT) is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Creativity to be applied with campaign mechanics.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong presentation skills and ability to develop compelling, commercial proposals.
