Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated media strategies aligned with business goals, sales targets, and seasonal travel trends.
  • Plan and manage media budgets to maximize ROI, store traffic, and conversion.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Managers.
  • Work closely with appointed media agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, traffic uplift) and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and post-campaign analysis for management review.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communication, Merchandising, and Operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and promotional support.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, traveler behavior, and competitive activities within travel retail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 45 years of experience in media planning, preferably from a media agency or international marketing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads platforms.
  • Experience in retail, travel retail, FMCG, or consumer brands is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
