Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Data Preparation
- Prepare regular reports on sales, budget, and inventory performance
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy
- Maintain and update tracking files, including buying budget (Open-to-Buy) tracking
- Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and ready for business use at all times
2. Performance Tracking
- Track business performance against targets and highlight variances
- Support monitoring of budget utilisation and key KPIs, including Open-to-Buy (OTB)
- Identify data issues, gaps, or unusual trends and flag them proactively
3. Analysis & Meeting Support
- Support analysis on sales, margins, and stock performance
- Prepare materials and data for meetings and business reviews
- Provide real-time data and quick adjustments during discussions when required
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with merchandising teams to gather and validate data
- Coordinate with Finance and other teams to ensure alignment
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of information
5. Data Visualisation & Presentation
- Prepare clear, structured presentations (Excel / PowerPoint)
- Translate data into charts, dashboards, and simple insights
- Present information clearly to support discussions when needed
6. Process Improvement & Automation
- Improve reporting files and templates for better efficiency
- Support automation of recurring reports and data preparation
- Continuously look for ways to reduce manual work and improve speed and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business support
- Experience in retail or FMCG is a plus (not required)
- Exposure to Open-to-Buy (OTB) or inventory tracking is a plus
