Location: Bangkok, Thailand (On-site – Singha Complex)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours:

24/7 rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 2 days off per week)

Final shift schedule will be determined based on business needs and client requirements.

This role supports overall operations management and handles client communication to ensure stable and effective project delivery within an aviation customer support environment.

Project

Aviation Customer Support Project (Overseas Market)

You will be supporting a project that delivers customer support services for an international airline, handling both voice and non-voice interactions for customers based overseas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor SLA and KPI performance
  • Coach and develop Team Leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle client meetings and reporting
  • Manage risk and escalation processes

Requirements

  • Aviation industry experience is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Minimum 5 years of contact center experience (preferred)
  • Management experience is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills (professional level required)
