Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform.
Assist in administering and communicating pertinent information regarding all Human Resources functions to include, but not limited to, recruiting, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements, team member relations, labor relations and contract compliance.
Assist with the recruitment and interview processes
Prepare the employment contracts.
Conduct the reference check.
Assist with new employee hiring processes.
Answer the employee requests and questions.
Maintain accurate and current personnel files.
Maintain a record of due dates for all performance evaluations and notify supervisors when evaluations are due.
Manage and supervise the daily activities of the HR Department.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to the HR function.
Maintain, on a daily basis, a record of disciplinary action.
Handle visa and work permit matters.
Supervise and coach the HR employees for all related administration, reports relating to employee benefits and welfare.
Any other duties that may be assigned by your manager from time to time.
