Job Description

Support and strengthen end-to-end HR operations by improving HR processes, managing workforce and people data, and delivering effective employee services. Lead key activities across manpower planning and recruitment support, HR administration and compliance, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and welfare/benefits, and ensure labor law/policy compliance and effective ER case handling.

Job Description:

  • Lead ER & compliance: handle employee cases, advise managers, ensure labor law/policy compliance, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Manage and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and HR operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze workforce/HR data; present insights using modern tools and appropriate technology.
  • Lead learning & development activities: assess training needs, create the annual training plan, execute training, and report results.
  • Implement and standardize performance management processes in line with company guidelines to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Oversee employee benefits and welfare administration, ensuring accurate processing and responsive employee support.
  • Support employee relations and engagement, including labor/community relations and employee activities/events.
  • Serve as a key advisor and coordinator for HRIS/HR technology, focusing on system setup, data governance, and process integration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (Bachelor's G.P.A. > 2.70, Master's G.P.A. > 3.30).
  • 3 6 years of working experience in human resources, HRD, HRM, or related fields.
  • Experience in HR Law/Regulation/Compliance, Employee Relations.
  • Knowledge in Workforce Management, Learning & Development, Benefits & Welfares, HR Data Management/Platform
  • Good command of English (TOEIC score at least 550).
  • Able to work in an on-site mode at SCG Headquarters, Bangsue, Bangkok.
