To assist Process Engineers in expediting the evaluation and other testing needed.
Perform cross section analysis as instructed by the Engineers.
Provide production support in the process line
Line Monitoring & Parameters Tracking (e.g.Conduct routine checks on machinery for vibrators, dosing pumps, chemical bath temperatures verifications etc.)
Any other jobs assigned by the Superior.
About you:
Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Materials Science, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience in manufacturing (in wet chemistry,electroplating, or semiconductors) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Microsoft excel for data logging, pivot tables and Powerpoint for reporting)
Understanding of chemical handling safety, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and toxic substance storage protocols.
Comfortable working in a chemically managed environment.
Around 60% to 70% of the shift on the chemical floor, working around plating lines which can be hot and humid.
Ability to work in a continuous industrial acceptable noise zone due to heavy equipment from plating hoists, vibrators, chemical pumps etc.
