Assistant Procurement & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and logistics for projects in Thailand, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with local rules.
• Connect teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to align project needs with sourcing and delivery.
• Manage sourcing activities, place and track orders, and resolve supplier or delivery issues.
• Oversee shipping, inventory, and logistics costs; ensure accurate records and smooth coordination with service providers.
• Review supplier offers, handle procurement risks, ensure process and legal compliance, and manage ECC tasks.
• Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to keep project timelines on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; extra certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years experience in procurement/logistics, including project work.
• Skilled in vendor negotiation and working with local/international suppliers.
• Experience in logistics operations, inventory control, and working with 3PLs.
• Familiar with SAP, Excel, and logistics systems.
• Fluent in English; Thai is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and good under pressure.
• Strong communicator and team collaborator.
