Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee non-sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
  • Lead and manage the production team to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with GMP and PIC/S GMP requirements.
  • Review and verify production documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, and Engineering.
  • Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize the utilization of raw materials, equipment, and production resources.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy (B.Pharm. or Pharm.D.) is required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferably in non-sterile pharmaceutical production.
  • Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, PIC/S GMP, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
