Support the delivery of commercial office fit-out and industrial projects from planning through construction and handover. This role offers excellent exposure to project management, stakeholder coordination, construction delivery, and client engagement within a leading global real estate and project management consultancy.

About the Role:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of commercial office fit-out and industrial projects, assisting Project Managers throughout planning, design, construction, handover, and project close-out phases.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Assist in reviewing drawings, RFIs, variation orders, progress reports, project schedules, and contractor submissions while maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, trackers, and presentations while supporting client communication, project governance, procurement activities, and risk management processes.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project management, project coordination, construction management, or site supervision, preferably within commercial office fit-out, workplace, or industrial projects.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, contract administration, cost control, and site coordination activities.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
