We are a BTS Group subsidiary specializing in co-investment, management, and sustainable development of F&B brands. We're hiring a commercially driven Brand Manager who owns the full P&L to scale sustainably.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for food ingredients (fresh, chilled, frozen, dry), beverages, packaging, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and OS&E while ensuring competitive pricing, product quality, food safety standards, and reliable delivery terms.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements, while evaluating supplier performance and maintaining long-term supplier partnerships in line with procurement policies.
Food & Product Quality Management
- Collaborate with Culinary and Kitchen teams to test, approve, and maintain quality standards of ingredients and operational supplies while monitoring Food Cost against brand targets.
Merchandising & Private Label Development
- Source and develop merchandising products such as souvenirs, branded apparel, accessories, drinkware, and collectibles aligned with brand positioning.
- Coordinate private label development from concept to launch, including sampling, quality control, packaging, and pilot launch while managing product cost, pricing, GP%, MOQ, and lead time.
- Analyze customer trends and sales performance to optimize merchandising assortment and post-launch product performance.
Inventory Planning, Cost Control & Business Collaboration
- Forecast demand for ingredients and merchandising products, manage safety stock levels, and identify alternative sourcing for critical items.
- Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy, minimize waste, and monitor inventory turnover.
- Prepare procurement and cost performance reports (e.g., Food Cost, Gross Profit, Inventory Turnover) and support sourcing for menu launches, promotions, and new store openings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Hospitality/F&B Management, or related field.
- 35 years of purchasing experience in restaurant, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of food cost control and inventory management.
- Good command of Excel and purchasing systems (POS/ERP).
- Excellent negotiation & cost analysis skills; perform under time constraints.
- Detailoriented mindset, systematic, and strong communicator with internal/external partners.
- Intermediateadvanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot, basic dashboards).
- Willing to visit stores/warehouses as required.
- Good command of English and Thai (both written and spoken).
