As an Assistant Regional Brand Manager, you will be responsible for...
- Supporting the Portfolio Manager for category & brand planning, grounded in consumer and customer insights.
- Supporting the deployment of Brand Marketing Campaigns (ATL/BTL or Through-the-line Campaign Management) for key markets with full ownership & leadership from campaign planning to post launch evaluation, working closely with external marketing agencies & partners.
- Supporting and managing innovation projects (relaunch/ NPD) including size of opportunity projection, understanding P&L and compliance checking, leading & working closely with innovation project team for assigned category.
- Developing the Selling Story for new product & campaign based on consumer & market insight, working closely with commercial sales & consumer insight team
- Conducting customer research including product testing and consumer insight session for new products/ relaunch with distributor team and focus consumer groups
- Actively recommending solutions and implement improvements for day-to-day operations with functional stakeholders internally & externally
- Planning & Monitoring marketing budget for key activities
What you already have...
- Education Background: Preferably from marketing/ business management background
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree minimum, master's degree would be a plus
- Working Experience:
- 3-5 or more years of experience in brand/product management/marketing (FMCG) or experience in categories related to food products, meals or infant will be a plus.
