Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team to complete the product registration within the stipulated timeframe.
- Request and review required documents (test report, artwork, SDS, certificates, etc.) before submitting to the relevant government authorities for registration.
- Prepare relevant documents for shipment clearance.
- Review the product specification/formulation and provide advice to the global compliance team.
- Conduct final review of artwork to ensure the product claim(s) are in compliance.
- Monitor, update, and provide feedback on any changes in regulatory requirements or standards that may impact the company.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve customer complaints.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical, Food Technology, Science or any other related field.
- At least 5 years experience in Medical Device, Food, Cosmetic, Dangerous Chemicals or Pet Food registration.
- Have experience in dealing with Thai FDA, DLD and other government authorities.
- Good command of spoken and written English with computer literacy is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with regulation knowledge.
- Good leadership skills and team management.
- Ability to work independently and mature.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
