Sales & Client Servicing Support

• Support Relationship Managers in delivering financial solutions to Private Banking clients.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and presentation materials for product pitches and client engagement.
• Coordinate and support the execution of client transactions.

Documentation & Compliance

• Verify the completeness and accuracy of documents related to account openings, investment transactions, and client instructions.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in accordance with KYC/AML, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and ensure proper execution of client instructions including fund transfers and investment orders.

Internal Coordination & Administrative Support

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Product, and Compliance to facilitate smooth service delivery.
• Manage meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, and other administrative support for Relationship Managers.
• Assist in planning and executing client events, seminars, and marketing activities for Private Banking Clients.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Holding a valid IC License is required.
• Knowledge of investment products will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with banking systems is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Service-minded with a professional demeanor and attention to confidentiality
