Job Summary:

As an Assistant Relationship Manager in our Wealth Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience. Acting as the trusted first point of contact, you'll support Relationship Managers in providing seamless, high-quality service to our valued clients.

Job Descriptions:

  • Execute the client payment orders, execute securities, funds, bonds, and MM / FX trades as well as manage diaries, book client meetings, assist RM for events preparation
  • Prepare for RM business trips, organize travels, prepare client presentation, facilitate and organize team meetings, take the minute and follow up on action points
  • Maintain the accuracy of client contact record
  • Ensure that the work process always complies with local & internal regulations, e.g. client documentation, client instructions, etc.
  • Assist RM in achieving their targets on identifying opportunities of wallet share increment & cross sales as well as contact clients to check the satisfaction with service levels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Brokerage, Investment
  • Must have IC Complex 1 License
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficiency command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg system will be a plus
