SCOPE Langsuan is a freehold ultra-luxury residence on Langsuan Road, where co-owners expect the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. We are seeking a Residence Manager who is ready to elevate property management beyond day-to-day operationstoward creating a thoughtful and truly valuable living experience.

Job description

Oversee day-to-day operations of an ultra-luxury residential project in accordance with Modern Luxury standards.

Supervise and manage teams (front desk, housekeeping, engineering, security, and external contractors) to ensure work is delivered to set standards.

Build strong relationships with co-owners, actively listen to concerns, and resolve issues to ensure the highest satisfaction.

Monitor and maintain service quality standards, both Front of House and Back of House, aligned with the Acqua Hospitality & Beyond philosophy.

Plan, track, and report operational performance to senior management and the juristic committee.

Work 6 days per week, according to the companys operational schedule.

Qualifications

Minimum 35 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury residential project.

Prior experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in Front Office, Concierge, Guest Service, or Residence Management.

Professional appearance with a courteous, friendly, and service-minded personality.

Strong team management and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English communication.

Proficiency in a third language is a plus.
