Assistant Restaurant Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in the Samphanthawong district. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, leading and coaching staff, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage quality. Additional responsibilities include managing scheduling, supporting hiring processes, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance guest experiences and address issues effectively.
• Experience in Hiring and team management to build and maintain a productive and efficient staff.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and management.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality and standards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure.
• Prior experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
