The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Assistant Revenue Manager to elevate our revenue performance across multiple properties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing commercial outcomes through smart analytics and collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead daily revenue operations including pricing, inventory control, and distribution strategy.
  • Analyze booking trends, market shifts, and competitor benchmarks to drive revenue optimization.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, insightful performance reports, and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage third-party channels, group pricing structures, and distribution cost efficiencies.
  • Ensure seamless integration and effectiveness of revenue systems and booking platforms.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to embed a strong revenue-focused culture.

Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in hotel revenue management or commercial strategy.
  • Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with PMS, CRS, and Channel Manager systems.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
