- Creating and planning sales strategies, implementing activity plan and coordinating with other teams to make the process smoothly.
- Leading and working closely with sales team to ensure achievement of sales team
- Developing good relationship with main dealer and seeking new business opportunities to support sales target.
- Meeting Sales goals in according to companys sales projection
- Regular conduct market survey, identify new trends and competitors.
- Be able to manage the budget efficiently and submit sales reports
- Conduct sales skills and training for sales team
- Handles other assignment as assigned by the top management

- 35 Years Up , Thai nationality
- Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing or related field
- At least 7 years solid working experience in Sales and Marketing, traditional trade channel in toy industry or Child related Products is preferable.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
- Highly energetic and result-oriented
- Have analysis skill, good problem solver, good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work as a team member and interact effectively with line management
- Computer Literacy
- Able to work up-country , own car with a valid license
