Proactive Sales Manager actively drives new business development, manages both new and existing accounts, and collaborates with the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential sources of business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel&aposs client base.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, reservations, and operations, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director of Sales and executive team.
Qualifications
- Be able to work in Bangkok and travel around Bangkok.
- Minimum education of bachelor&aposs degree in business administration, Marketing, Hotel management or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a hotel industry
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
