Role Description

The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This is a target-driven role focused on selling Neuailes Global's communication products — email marketing, transactional email (API/SMTP) services, and WhatsApp for Business solutions — to businesses looking to scale their customer engagement.

The Assistant Sales Manager will own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue through new client acquisition and growth of existing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, following up on inbound and outbound enquiries, and closing deals to meet assigned quotas. The role also involves preparing tailored sales presentations and proposals, maintaining accurate CRM records, and reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performance against targets.

Beyond closing, the Assistant Sales Manager will manage client relationships, respond to queries promptly, and coordinate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer retention. A strong candidate will articulate the value of Neuailes Global's messaging platforms — deliverability, reliability, compliance, and reach — and stay informed about email deliverability practices, messaging regulations (such as DPDP and WhatsApp Business Platform policies), and industry trends to position solutions effectively and consistently hit numbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads across email marketing, transactional email, and WhatsApp for Business products.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing.
  • Forecast accurately and report regularly on pipeline and performance against targets.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally selling SaaS, marketing, or communication products.
  • Skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship management.
  • Understanding of email marketing, transactional/bulk email, or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp for Business (experience selling ESP, CPaaS, or martech solutions is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to prepare and deliver clear sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
