The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Sales Manager (pharmaceutical) - Upcountry should have:
- Proven 1-3 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Pharmacy or Science bachelor's/master's preferred.
- Experience in CNS or antibiotic products is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and data.
- Capability to lead and coach the team.
