Job Description

  • Cultivate highvalue relationships with healthcare, pharmaceutical, and scientific partners to strengthen longterm business engagement.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and expand penetration within hospitals, research institutions, and clinical networks.
  • Collaborate with medical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver scientifically accurate solutions and superior customer experience.
  • Continuously evaluate market dynamics, therapeutic trends, and competitor portfolios to inform commercial decisions and maintain market leadership.
  • Generate datadriven sales reports, performance insights, and forwardlooking forecasts for strategic planning with senior leadership.
  • Provide scientific and commercial coaching to junior sales staff, enhancing their product knowledge and customer engagement capabilities.
  • Oversee sales budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum return on commercial investments.

The Successful Applicant


A successful Assistant Sales Manager (pharmaceutical) - Upcountry should have:

  • Proven 1-3 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Pharmacy or Science bachelor's/master's preferred.
  • Experience in CNS or antibiotic products is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and data.
  • Capability to lead and coach the team.
  • English efficiency.
