Company Description Sugar Marina Boutique Hotels, part of the Sugar Marina Group, is one of the fastest growing lifestyle and leisure hospitality operators in Phuket and Krabi, currently managing over 11 hotels and 1,384 rooms. The brand is rooted in local culture and community, creating distinctive stays that reflect the character of each destination.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Leisure Sales Manager to lead our leisure segment, focusing on international and domestic travel agents and wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leisure sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and grow relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and key leisure accounts
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and promotions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales trips, and industry events
- Coordinate closely with Revenue, E-commerce, and Reservation teams
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales (leisure segment preferred)
- Strong network of travel agents and tour operators (domestic & international)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Result-oriented with strong analytical ability
- Ability to travel for sales trips and trade fairs
- Fluent in English (additional languages are advantage)
