We are looking for Manager, Sales in Thailand, Bangkok.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing sales process: lead/enquiry generation, sell all JustCo's products and close deals
- Acquiring new sales and achieve sales target
- Act as the face of JustCo in Vietnam, increasing brand visibility and building strong networks with landlords, brokers, agents, and local partners.
- Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring each location is run efficiently, with high service standards, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
- Touring customers to show the range of options available to suit their needs and closing the sale where possible
- Dealing with escalated customer requests/issues
- Recommending improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency
- Working efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with HQ teams across departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Finance, HR) to support local execution of key initiatives and continuous improvement.
Pre-requisites for this role include:
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Leasing
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
- Experience in co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers, hotel sales, or sales related industry is an advantage
- Proven success in self lead generation and business development
- Strong leadership and work well with teams
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
