We are seeking an Assistant / Senior Manager Sales for a full-time, on-site role based in Western & Southern India. In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include generating leads, managing client accounts, effectively presenting products and solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The candidate will also participate in strategy development and provide market insights to improve sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and achieve targets
  • Familiarity with healthcare and medical simulation industries is an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver exceptional client service
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working on-site in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a sales or related leadership position is preferred
