Job Description

A. Responsible for the local OS experience quality control:

a) In the pre-project period, execute the value assessment to new features to identify and filter out the features with low demands and high experience risks, so as to ensure the better ratio of input-output and user experience.

b) During the project, implement various experience testing methods to ensure the OS experience issues and risks are fully exposed and the evaluation results effectively represent the local users evaluation. (the methods include but not limited to novice test, heuristic evaluation, scenario test, scenario evaluation/competitor analysis, trial interview, etc.)

c) During OS experience testing, identify the issue risks, clarify the process and reasons of the issues in details, and promote the optimization with OS experience engineers.

d) After the product launching, arrange various research methods to find and trace the OS experience issues and demands from local users. (the methods include but not limited to local shops/service centers visit, interview, questionnaire survey, VOC analysis, etc.)

B. Insight into local scenarios, continuously optimize the local library of scenarios:

a) Regularly conduct scenarios interviews with local users (including vivo and other brands), and summarize different typical local scenarios, user portraits, issues, demands and perception.

b) Convert user data and language collected from interviews and other channels to library of scenarios (first>second>third-level scenarios>key paths>key control points>operation flows> key driving indicators), to ensure it update in line with perception of local users in time and can help project test and evaluation effectively.

C. Establish and continuously optimize the local OS experience standards or norms:

a) During project testing, scenario interviews and other experience activities, summarize typical issues and demands to standards or norms that can represent how to improve the local OS experience or avoid risks, and determine the direction and priority of experience improvement.

D. Empower other team members with user experience related theories and methods:

a) Regularly arrange the trainings or cases/experience share of user experience to other team members to jointly improve the team's user experience cognition and ability.

Qualification

Qualifications:

Job Requirements

1. Education

Degree: Bachelor's degree or above.

Major: Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, User Research, or other related fields.

2. Language Skills

Thai: Fluent, native level. (Mandatory)

English or Chinese: Fluent, working proficiency. (Mandatory)

3. Knowledge & Expertise

Passionate about mobile phone industry products, with a solid understanding of user experience and future industry development. (Mandatory)

Strong analytical skills in understanding local user demographics, scenarios, and needs, with a keen sensitivity to OS experience issues and potential risks. (Mandatory)

Familiar with user experience principles and methods, including user interviews, surveys/questionnaires, and heuristic evaluation. (Preferred)

4. Project Experience

Experience in usability testing, market analysis, or user research. (Mandatory, full-time work experience preferred)

Experience in the smartphone industry. (Preferred)

5. Others

Curious, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.

Strong teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication & coordination skills.
