Job Purpose:
- Working closely with local BD/ Account Manager and relevant Technical teams at CMI HQ to provide pre-sales technical support and lead on technical needs by using consultative skill to design proper solutions – with the mix of CMI's products & services – to meet the requirements of prospects.
- Attending meetings with BD/ Account manager and assisting local BD/ Account Manager to draft solution proposals in order to pitch for business.
- Developing effective working relationships at various levels internally such as Technical Solution, Products, Resource and work closely with commercial units.
- Working collaboratively with customers to draft effective solutions, be able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches; also to coordinate for post-sales activities.
- Managed and motivated project team members/partner/supplier for successful and on-time delivery of network solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Created project plans, articulating project definition, technical design specifications, quality baselines, development, budget and resources through test, acceptance and maintenance.
- Cultivated and delivered product training and project handover for relevant team colleagues and customer.
Job Description:
- To attend meetings with potential Clients; determine technical requirements, and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
- Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations and Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework.
- To structure and produce compelling technical documentation/ proposal outlining the cost savings and benefits to clients using CMI products and other ICT solutions.
- To oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customers until the projects are delivered and handover to operation.
- Ability to write, develop and deliver client documentation i.e. demonstration material, service propositions, RFI's, RFP's, translation of client requirements.
- Manageable the project and delivery the project within timeline with minimize of risk and can be mitigate the impact from the risk of project.
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related fields
- At least 3 years of track-able experience in IT Solution design & planning, technical pre-sales, managing deployment of ICT / ISP Managed Services/ end-to-end Enterprise Solutions would be considered.
- In depth working knowledge of TCP/IP v4 and an understanding of TCP/IP v6.
- Knowledge in Internet technologies (routing, switching, general networking infrastructure) including technologies associated with the ISP market, Internet connectivity methods including traditional leased circuit service and SD-WAN
- Understanding of VPN technologies including IPSEC and MPLS VPNs
- Understanding with ICT solution especially with office and factory infrastructure such as network, server, facility (CCTV, etc).
- Having knowledge about IOT, and new technology conceptually.
- Having a valid Certification of renowned technology providers/ vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Google, AWS, Microsoft, etc is a plus.
