Supports the Store Manager in delivering operational excellence, driving sales, and ensuring a high-performing team and compliant store environment.

• Support daily store operations and sales performance
• Lead by example in customer service and team engagement
• Manage stock, visual standards, and store processes
• Analyze sales and support business growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards
• Assist in team development and performance management
