Assistant Store Manager

What you can expect:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you serve as a motivating example and assist the Store Manager in overseeing and managing all store areas and team members to achieve KPIs, driven by an unwavering commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

  • Full responsibility of all store areas and team members in the absence of the Store Manager and any operational tasks connected with this
  • Oversee the store&aposs staffing needs, including work schedules, staff rotations, and holiday planning, while applying internal, conventional, and contractual rules to boost sales.
  • Ensure sales target is consistently achieved and manage overall daily retail store operations
  • Assist the Store Manager and coordinate with the back office support activities (cashing purchases, fund collection, unknown mark-downs) and logistics
  • Ensure smooth execution of services taken places at store and sustain premium brand image at store level
  • Manage, motivate and provide supervision to staff at the store for excellent products presentation and customer service at all times
  • Handle customers enquiry on company and or product information in professional quality
  • Implement and maintain a customer centric mindset to build a loyal customer base
  • Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed
  • Build and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings with your Superior and retail team
  • Assist Store Manager in preparing monthly reports and sales analysis
  • Assist in adhoc matter as and when required

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
  • Passionate in leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
  • Willingness to constantly learn & develop
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Experience in networking & building relationships
