Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary contribution is to lead the boutique in all its dimensions—people, performance, and operations. You will be fully accountable for the store as a single business unit, ensuring excellence in client experience, operational execution, and collective sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a refined, contemporary, and elevated environment aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyse store-level sales performance, identifying opportunities and implementing actions to drive overall store results.
  • Analyse KPIs and proactively translate insights into clear commercial and operational strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels, oversee stock accuracy, and conduct regular stock checks to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and lead the store team, setting clear expectations and collective performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing structured feedback and supporting professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Strong client-centric mindset with the ability to understand, anticipate, and elevate individual client needs.
  • Self-reliant leadership style, able to guide and inspire a team through clear communication and constructive feedback.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise, delegate effectively, and maintain precision in execution.
  • Solid understanding of luxury selling techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising principles.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Previous experience in luxury fashion retail, ideally with progressive leadership or managerial responsibility.
  • Strong ability to analyse retail KPIs and build actionable strategy plans based on performance insights.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain talent.
  • Fluency in English is required for this role.
