Job Description
Act as a Project Manager for each transaction and be the main contact person for the client
Generate business development ideas for sectors under responsibility assigned.
Oversee the preparation of all necessary important documentations (agreements with clients, roadshow materials, filings to SEC/SET)
Oversee financial models of junior staff under leadership and verify the correctness and completeness of financial models
Generate ideas and concepts for presentations to internal stakeholder and external clients
Train junior staff on Investment Banking related skills (financial modeling & valuation, presentation, related industries) and Investment Banking products (equity, M&A, property fund, infrastructure fund)
Guide junior staff on related SEC/SET rules and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
At least 5 years working experience preferably - Finance related fields (investment banking, banking, consulting)
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong leadership, financial, conceptual, communication, and analytical skills
Result-oriented with positive attitude
