Brief Summary
We seek a dedicated and proactive individual to enhance our Distribution Performance & Operations team, focusing on agency performance management. You will oversee a team accountable for managing the performance of Financial Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and assess the Higher Appointment process for Financial Representatives. Manage the Field Force Evaluation reviews for Financial Representatives. Coordinate the appeals process and prepare consolidated appeals for management review. Review and validate payments for rewards and recognition, sales incentives, and recruitment allowances, including payout preparation. Supervise the performance management processes and related guidelines. Facilitate communication with Financial Representatives and respond to their inquiries.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High integrity with accountability and a positive collaborative attitude. Initiative for continuous improvement and adaptability to new changes.
