Assistant Vice President, Sales Operation (Asia Books)

Job Descriptions:

• Oversea and Supervise Sales Operation team both Retail and Non-Retail sales
• To drive sales performance to achieve Company sales target as well and manage Profit and loss of Sales channels
• Exammine and ensure the standard and check list of sales operation to meet the standard
• Traning and visit stores and customers on a regular basis.
• Cross Functional collaboration by closely working with all related Departments
• Develop Sales strategies and sales opportunities as well as partnership to achieve sales and revenue target
• Sales Perfomances Analysis and Monintor sales and Market trends and related reports Preparation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or Higher any filed.
• Have experience of Sales Operations 7-10 Years.
• Have experience in Business Retail, Horeca or Connection in Books Retails, Printing Business, Education/Govement at least 3 Years.
• Good Command in English especially speaking and Listening.
• Have Analytic skills.
• Have own car.
