Key responsibilities
- Strategic planning and market analysis: Develop and execute strategic account plans, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Client and relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Sales and negotiation: Generate new business, expand existing accounts, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Proposal and presentation development: Create compelling presentations and detailed proposals to showcase the company's products and services.
- Reporting and forecasting: Maintain accurate account information in a CRM system and provide regular reports on account status, market insights, and sales forecasts.
- Customer support: Respond to client inquiries, manage customer complaints, and provide updates on orders and delivery.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build connections and enhance brand visibility.
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market, including OEM and Tier-1 supplier dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Experience with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and client information.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to analyze market data to inform business decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development.
- Language must in - Thai, and English, preferred Japanese.
