Join Our Growth Team

We are looking for ambitious, driven, and growth-oriented individuals to join our team as an Associate Consultant. In this role, you will act as both a Solution Sales Consultant and a Trusted Advisor, helping clients solve talent challenges while supporting candidates in achieving their career goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy business development, relationship building, recruitment, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (Sales)

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends through proactive client engagement.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and expand new markets by presenting valuable recruitment and workforce solutions.
  • Understand client challenges and deliver tailored talent solutions that create business impact.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through exceptional service and successful placements.
  • Conduct market mapping, lead generation, and continuous business development activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account management.

Recruitment & Talent Advisory

  • Understand client hiring needs and deliver skill-based recruitment solutions.
  • Identify pain points and provide the best talent solutions for both clients and candidates.
  • Source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates across various industries and functions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and placement.
  • Act as a trusted career advisor to candidates and support them throughout the hiring journey.
  • Utilize market intelligence and recruitment insights to advise clients on hiring strategies.

Consulting & Ownership

  • Take ownership of projects and recruitment assignments from initiation to completion.
  • Apply analytical thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills to deliver results.
  • Demonstrate strong self-control and self-leadership to achieve business targets and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and talent insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to team growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
