Position Description
The Associate Design Director - Architecture leads project teams in developing architectural design concepts and documentation, working under the guidance of the Architecture Design Director. This role involves investigating design options, developing concepts, preparing documentation for authorities, tenders, and construction, and mentoring junior designers. The Associate Design Director ensures projects align with client needs, design goals, regulatory requirements, sustainability principles, and dwp's quality standards, and actively promotes the use of technology, including AI tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Minimum 8 years architectural design experience
- Registered Architect (or equivalent professional registration)
