Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving operational excellence, leading strategic transformation initiatives to enhance productivity and accelerate business growth as well as building data-driven sales enablement capabilities across Bancassurance team.
This role bridges business, data, technology, and project execution to deliver scalable solutions that support crossselling, improve partner experience, and strengthen distribution efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Transformation and Project Planning & Execution
- Lead transformation initiatives to optimize productivity, improve partner experience, and elevate distribution capability.
- Identify strategic opportunities to digitalize processes, streamline operations, and introduce new tools or platforms.
- Drive change management, communications, and adoption strategies for new processes or systems.
- Own the full lifecycle and manage strategic project including project charters, timelines, budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Technology, Product, Compliance, and Operations.
Technical & Operational Support
- Lead end-to-end operational support for Bancassurance channels, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, partner onboarding, compensation, reporting, and compliance-related requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvements across tools, workflows, and governance.
- Provide expert guidance on technical and process-related issues for Bancassurance teams.
- Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to resolve systemic issues and implement long-term fixes.
Data Management & Customer Prospecting Enablement
- Design, build, and maintain DataMart supporting cross-selling and lead generation for Bancassurance
- Oversee data ingestion, cleansing, segmentation, and enrichment for customer and prospect datasets for Direct Marketing.
- Ensure strong data governance, accuracy, access control, and security of all data assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in insurance/financial services, preferably across distribution, operations, analytics, or business transformation.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- PMP or Agile certification will be given special consideration
- Excellence command in English
