Lead the Engineering team and oversee all engineering, maintenance, facilities, and landscaping operations across the property.
Ensure reliable operation of MEP systems, guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets, pools, back-of-house facilities, and hotel infrastructure.
Manage preventive maintenance and long-term asset management to protect the property's value and operational continuity.
Oversee the 26-rai landscape and outdoor areas, ensuring high standards of presentation, safety, irrigation, and sustainability.
Drive energy, water, and resource efficiency initiatives to improve operational sustainability and control costs.
Ensure compliance with engineering, fire & life safety, environmental, health & safety, and statutory requirements.
Lead engineering projects, renovations, upgrades, and improvement works with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
Manage engineering budgets, contracts, manpower, and operational costs effectively.
Work closely with the General Manager, Hotel Manager, and HODs to identify risks, solve complex operational issues, and continuously improve the property.
Develop and coach a capable engineering team and foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence.
