Associate Director, Group Healthcare Provider Management & Group Healthcare Provision

Job Summary:

The Associate Director, Group Healthcare Provider Management role is instrumental in driving vertical integration with healthcare providers within the market, supporting the development of greenfield ventures, and enabling synergy between AIA's local insurance business unit and healthcare provision assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of new healthcare ventures ensuring alignment with AIA's strategic direction and local market needs
• Manage strategic partnerships and joint ventures with healthcare providers, fostering collaboration and integration with AIA's insurance business units
• Oversee initiatives that enhance the performance and efficiency of provider networks, including the implementation of performance monitoring tools and improvement plans
• Support the establishment of governance frameworks, operational standards, and compliance processes for healthcare provision assets in line with AIA's policies
• Contribute to strategic planning by identifying and evaluating opportunities for market expansion, including greenfield developments, acquisitions, and partnerships

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Doctor, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business, Economics or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in Healthcare Strategy, Operations, or Provider Management
• Proven leadership in healthcare venture execution and partnership management
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to lead cross-market initiatives and drive strategic outcomes
• Excellent command in English
